Welcome to Quantt. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quantt website at www.quantt.co.uk and all related services, including our online learning platform for quantitative finance (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Scott Bromley ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, or if you violate these Terms.
The Service is offered through paid subscription plans, including Monthly (£39.95/month) and Annual (£249.95/year) tiers, as well as custom Enterprise plans. Plan details, pricing, and features are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until you cancel. Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We may offer free trials or promotional periods at our discretion. At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at billing@quantt.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase. We reserve the right to grant or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. If we change the price of your plan, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
All content available on the Service — including but not limited to courses, lessons, exercises, code examples, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software — is owned by or licensed to Quantt and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service and its content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
Any code you write, solutions you submit, or other content you create using the Service ("User Content") remains your property. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The content provided on the Service is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or professional advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. You should not rely solely on the Service for making financial or career decisions. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantt, its owner, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive termination.
We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time. Access to specific courses or features may change based on your subscription plan.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at support@quantt.co.uk to seek an informal resolution.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via email or a notice on the Service). Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quantt regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
